Charges are applicable to all residential units and are due by the 20th of each month.

KVAOA Phase II members are requested to Pay maintenance dues to SB Account at SBI Gandhi Engineering College Campus Branch , Bhubaneswar. District- Khordha Account No -43814570319 IFSC NO-SBIN0017949 Note- All the TRANSACTIONS should be done on SBI ACCOUNT ONLY.
